All orders are dispatched in a plain, brown box to ensure discretion, with absolutely no references to the contents on the outside of the packaging.
We ship Monday to Friday. Orders that are placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Special Requests
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any special packing requests you may have. We are happy to help and will deal with special requirements wherever we can.
Please note: Delivery dates or times are approximate and we cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of goods however caused, unless agreed to in advance in writing. Our courier service is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service, however, 99% of the time, deliveries are next day.
Returns Policy
Unwanted goods
Any credit for goods returned to us as unwanted will be less a 50% restocking charge, subject to the following conditions:
– The goods must be unused
– The goods must be in their original condition & packaging (including shrink wrapping, seals etc)
– The good must be received by us within 14 days from the day you receive your order
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
For unwanted goods, the cost of return postage falls to you.
Faulty goods
We operate one year returns policy for faulty goods.
Please fill out a request for a product return on our contact page and wait for us to email you a returns label and return instructions.
Please send the item back to us with a note stating the reason for the return, the preferred outcome (exchange or refund) and the order reference number for the original purchase. We will exchange the item for you, or credit your account if this is not possible.
Please note that any credit memos or credit on your account will expire after 6 months of being issued.
